We follow current social media best practices, based on tons of research that is always ongoing. The latest research shows that the various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) favor showing content from accounts that don’t post every day. As a result, we only recommend posting 3-5 days a week.

Two reasons: First, Twitter has become less relevant for most small businesses. Unless your business is within a few specific categories, you aren’t likely to get much traction or benefit from Twitter. Secondly, Twitter only allows 280 characters per post, and our plans favor long-form posts of 500+ characters, as we have found those get the best results (interaction, clicks, shares, etc.). To schedule short Twitter posts, it’s necessary for our Content Specialists to recreate posts and schedule them separately from other platforms. In short, Twitter ends up being more work, so we have to charge a little more for it.
